Refund Policy

At FeelXtreme.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your order, our Refund Policy ensures that you can request a return, replacement, or refund as applicable.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The product does not match the description
- You received the wrong item
To qualify:
- You must request a refund within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Orders where return was not requested within the allowed period
3. How to Request a Refund
Please email support@feelxtreme.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for refund
- Photos of item (if damaged/incorrect)
Our team will review the request within 2 business days and respond with approval or denial.
4. Return Shipping
If approved:
- We may issue a prepaid return label
- If not, customer bears return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank or credit card company
- If unresolved, email us
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us to arrange an exchange.
